Coaches Coaches Coaches

We thought we knew a thing or two about coaching, and we do. But what we are seeing in the marketplace is that people are getting bombarded with ads to get rich and solve all their problems for only $10,000. We’re seeing more and more life coaches coming out all the time. So what should you look for in a life coach? What are the qualifications?

Life Coaching is not a regulated industry: so look for coaches who have a certification at a minimum. This means those people have paid a company money to provide them with hours of training specialized to this industry. Look at their blogs or “About Us” content. Do you feel like they can meet the goal/need you are looking for? Take the intro call to see if they are a fit. It’s free to you, but will likely help you understand the coaches background and if the personalities are a fit.

What makes us different at LeeBella?

We got into this as a new career not as a way to make a quick buck. We are driven to help those who may not have had access to coaching in the past. We want to keep our pricing reasonable so that we can help those who are making minimum wage and know they are meant for more but may not know how to get there. We are here to push you o ohutside of your comfort zone and achieve the goals you want. We have paid for certification as well as thousands of dollars for continuing education in this industry: we are invested. We have learned from small market trainers and from the greats like Tony Robbins. We take what we feel applies to our business and keep moving and learning. We both have Graduate level degrees and years+ of life experience. You are our focus. We are here for you.

You may be asking yourself why should you pay out of pocket for this kind of a service? Coaching can help you solve a problem that you have been facing like Life after Divorce or to help you reach a goal you have been trying to work towards but can’t get over the hump, like getting to the next level in your career.

And you may not have to pay out of pocket. Coaching may be covered under your employers professional development benefits or some types of coaching are eligible to be paid for from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA). At this time your Health Savings Account has limited use rules due to the way funds in that account are taxed. Or, if you work for yourself, coaching may be tax-deductible. You should check with your employer about your plan guidelines or consult a tax professional.

Why are all those people promising big things?

We didn’t expect was how many people/business/bots come out of the woodwork once you become a coach. Apparently, as coaches we are doing it all wrong if we don’t take this special, exclusive $$$$ course on how to market and attract the customers that we want. The number of offers we have is staggering, the marketing is relentless. There are a lot of special programs out there, all with supposedly original methodologies and programs, including Artificial Intelligence programs designed to write our blog posts for us. (By the way we don’t use AI – this is all us!) We feel like this is diminishing the value and the quality of coaching that is going out in the industry.

That’s not how we work….we want to keep personalized service in this industry. We became coaches to serve people like you and help you grow and succeed in ways that maybe you have imagined but never really thought possible. We are not going to spam you with marketing ads. If you sign up to receive our newsletter, we will only use your information to send you information on coaching specials, new blog posts, and important information. We do not sell your information. You are not just a number to us. We value our clients and want to create life long relationships and connections even after coaching is complete.

Come check us out and let’s talk about your needs and goals.
